Dairy Minister Telangana with Chairman Vijaya visit NDDB Anand
Hon’ble Minister for AH,DD & F, Telangana Sri.Vakiti Srihari along with Chairman,TGDDCF,Gutha Amit Reddy visited Anand on 1st March 2026. Hon’ble Minister said the Telangana will draw inspiration from Gujarat’s Cooperative dairy framework to accelerate growth in its dairy sector.
Leading a ministerial delegation to Anand, Minister along with Honble MP,Bhuvanagiri, Ch.Kiran Reddy and Chairman of NARMAC G.Madhusudhan Reddy were welcomed by Meenesh C.Shah,Chairman NDDB along with senior officials.
During the visit, NDDB officials briefed the Telangana delegation on modern technologies used in milk collection, storage and processing and marketing under the cooperative model. They explained how the structured network in Gujarat strengthened rural livelihoods, ensured stable income to farmers and built a strong value chain from village to national markets.
Gutha Amit Reddy, Chairman, TGDDCF said Telangana is preparing a comprehensive action plan to make the Telangana a leader in milk production. He added that, Telangana would adopt Gujarat’s best practices by, 1. Stenghtheing the cooperative structure.2. Expanding milk procurement networks 3. Introducing modern processing techonogiies and ensuring better price realization for farmers under the dynamic leadership of Honble CM,Revanth Reddy.
