The renowned B2B marketplace by DairyCorp completely revamped the technological architecture it has operated on for over a decade. Without interrupting service, the platform migrated more than 2,700 user accounts, added self-management tools for sellers, advanced search filters, and a secure environment operating in four languages.
eDairyMarket, the global B2B e-commerce platform for the dairy industry belonging to the DairyCorp group, took a decisive step in its trajectory by migrating its operations to a completely new technological infrastructure. This is not a new player in the market, but rather the evolution of a well-established site that has been operating for over ten years and has now fundamentally replaced its old operational base to meet the growth in global demand.
The upgrade moved the entire operation to a modern, agile, and high-performance environment: 2,732 user accounts, 112 active stores, the complete product catalog, and more than 2,600 subscribers.
The development, data migration, and infrastructure architecture process was carried out by Codirity, DairyCorp’s technology partner, with the direct participation of its partners and founders, Juan Cruz and Bruno Maurino, along with the crucial support of Macarena Britos as Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, who guided the team, ensuring quality standards and functional stability at every stage. The process lasted six months and was executed live, keeping the previous platform fully operational as a contingency plan without interrupting business operations at any time.
“It wasn’t about redesigning the website’s facade, but about rebuilding the operational foundation upon which our business
operates,” emphasizes Juan Cruz Maurino, partner and founder of Codirity.
The review allowed for the proactive identification and correction of critical vulnerabilities before launch: unauthorized access to third-party profiles was blocked, the database was cleaned by removing access to more than 1,100 inactive or deactivated accounts from the previous system, and session data was removed from analytics reports to protect browsing privacy.
In parallel, the infrastructure was migrated from shared servers to a dedicated, isolated, and scalable production environment. To preserve the organic ranking accumulated over more than a decade of operations, all web addresses from the original site were retained through structural redirects. “The goal was to provide the industry with a robust, agile platform capable of scaling to the volume that the global market demands today, while maintaining service continuity for all our clients,” concludes Bruno Maurino, partner and founder of Codirity.
